CCWESTT’s president is serving as part of the Canadian Delegation at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNSCW) March 6-17, 2023 in New York.

Dr. Larissa Vingilis-Jaremko was selected to join Canada’s official delegation to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW67). As a civil society member of the delegation, Larissa is providing input and expertise on this year’s priority theme: Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women in girls.

She is also connecting with others from across Canada and around the world, representing both CCWESTT and CAGIS, in addition to communicating the work of UNCSW67 through both of these networks.
