The goal of CCWESTT’s 2022 Policy Forum was to fuel collaboration of members and allies with the aim of generously sharing knowledge and resources to inspire the acceleration of progress towards more women being hired, retained, and promoted in SETT workplaces. Nearly one hundred participants discussed key accelerators of systemic change. Themes of Government, workplace culture, change leadership, men as allies, decolonization, emerged from the discussion.
